SRPGA GOLF TOURNAMENT

Fees	Play	$55.00 per player (includes green fees, tax, cart, prize fund, and skill prizes) Note: No entries accepted without an entry check by the deadline.
	Carts	Included.
	Skins	$5 (optional). Sign up at the pro shop and pay after you play.
Format	Stroke play. 7:00 AM SHOTGUN START. *Please arrive by 6:30 am* to check-in, practice, etc. This is an OPEN tournament, you are welcome to invite guests. Nonmember guests are eligible for skill prizes only.
